Amazing experience. Staff were very helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate my needs for a rental while my vehicle was getting repaired. kept me in the loop with updates. even cleaned the interior of my vehicle after the repairs were completed. definitely recommended.

Great repair and color matching of the new rear hatch. I was updated on cost. A rental car was all arranged when I dropped off my vehicle. The interior and exterior detailing was amazing. Staff were covid conscious with masks on all the time and I was told my car was completely sanitized when I picked it up.

In my experience I have never had a happy reason to go to Kirmac but they have always made it as pleasurable as possible and their work is excellent. I stopped by on Monday and the Manager, Shalvin Swamy was not only friendly and professional he actually dealt with my issue immediately. He said if I had 20-30 minutes right now he'd try to get it fixed. I know that can't always be the case but it is just one example of their outstanding service standards.
