This is my second time at Kirmac collision. Very professional and friendly in their dealing, specially Kevin who took care of me and kept me informed about any updates about my vehicle. Moreover, I got third party insurance, providing some more benefits over ICBC insurance which was also taken care of by Kevin on my behalf. Car looked as new from the damaged side, properly washed and cleaned, sanitized from inside. Great customer service and highly recommended.

James and his team provided top-notch service and I cannot thank them enough for the level of detail that goes into their work. Getting into an accident can be a very stressful situation, but they made the whole process much easier by providing us with great advice with insurance claims, etc. What was the most important was that they were super transparent and honest. I could see that they really had their client's best interest in mind rather than trying to just sell services as much as they can. They even said I didn't need to fix certain parts of the vehicle depending on what our intention for our vehicle is, which I was so surprised by their honesty. Pricing was also very fair and affordable, and they arranged drop off of the vehicle, and made this process simple especially given the current condition with the pandemic. All and all, I would definitely be using their services again and have already shared their business name with my family members.
All Kirmac team members were very courteous, friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the updates via text messages. They have provided me with two replacement vehicles as I had a flat tire on the first one. They went above and beyond to deliver the vehicles to a location, which is closer to me.
From the 1st time my husband has had his car repaired in Kirmac Schoolhouse, ended up all of our family's cars being taken care there. Whatever something happened to the cars, first thing we'd think is giving James a call. James and his team provided exceptional customer services and quality repairs, beyond our expectation. I just picked my car up this afternoon after having some body repairs done and I could not be happier. My car looks fantastic and the whole experience with Kirmac was wonderful. The facility is impeccably clean, from the lobby to their COVID protocols...everything is spotless. I spoke with both Kevin and James and both were friendly, courteous and professional. It can sometimes be intimidating to come into places like this, but I felt welcomed from the very beginning. I have a few windshield chips that are next on my to-do list and I will be bringing my car back here without hesitation. Thank you so much, Kevin and James!

Exceptional customer service and work from Kirmac Schoolhouse team. One thing that drew me to Kirmac Schoolhouse is how clean the facility is. The exterior, lobby, along with the shop were all very well maintained. This indicated my vehicle will be looked after as well.. I am very pleased by the way I was looked after overall as a customer. Manager Abbas was professional, helpful, and informative since my initial inquiry on their services in August 2020. He was honest and made sure quality of the work on my car was of high level. James provided excellent service throughout the repair process. He provided daily and detailed updates during the days my vehicle was in for repairs. Unfortunately another repair facility they deal with to have additional repairs completed for my vehicle failed to follow specific instructions and damaged my vehicle. Kirmac team took a loss for time they've put in to have the damages corrected on behalf of the other repair facility. Abbas and James as well dealt with the repairs at their facility oppose to sending me on a goose chase with the other repair facility. Covid19 safety protocols: masks were mandatory, they provided sanitary wipes during exchange on key fobs, sanitized interior of my vehicle each time I picked it up, courtesy exterior wash and interior cleaning. Last but not least, courtesy windshield wiper blade replacements just in time for the rainy season. I strongly recommend Kirmac Schoolhouse team. You will be treated very well from start to finish.
Fantastic service. We had a sudden flat a block away and didn't have the tools in our car to switch out the spare. They switched it out right away for us and were incredibly friendly.
