I was introduced to Ian by a friend after a car accident that occurred in 2017. He guided me through the process of reporting the accident and other paperwork that had to be done. He was patient with everything and I was astounded by the level of dedication he had put into helping me, he is by far the best lawyer I have worked with. I had an icbc case with Ian at Kinman & associates and he was awesome! He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. My case took just over 4 years but through out the time I had frequent visits about every 3-5 months. Every visit was to update the status on my condition. To have a strong case not just Ian but I had to do my due diligence too which he guided me on what and how to do so. When the settling time came it was very quick. Everyday we had a phone call about the offers and counter offers. I would definitely go back to him if I had another icbc case indefinitely. I would highly suggest to go and see him if you have any questions on your accident or cases.
