Never went to this store to buy products. I bought lawn mower from them and same day its stops working. Next day I went to store they said we can’t do anything just call company and take to repair shop. When I was paying for machine and I ask to cashier if we found anything wrong with this what we to do? She told me to bring back with 30 days. But now they want to run away even the Store Manager too. I called to store and Store Manager even don’t want to talk properly. I bought new machine because I want to stay hassle free.

Great to have a hardware store in Stratford again. This is medium sized and not everything is in stock, but they have a decent amount of things to help with your DIY projects. Electrical, plumbing, hardware etc as well as household things like detergents, bug sprays, kitchen goods and even decorations and crafts. Nice mix. They apparently can arrange for lumber. (They do stock things like shelving as well) And... As others have said nice staff that are helpful.
