The dentist was very busy at that time so it took me a little bit long to wait till my turn, but it isn't his fault, he must be a good dentist so that many people comes for his treatment, I understood that. My treatment here is quick and easy. Overall, it's a nice and comfortable feeling when I'm here for my root canal.

In my experience at Kingsway dental. I can definitely say the staff are very friendly and approachable. The front desk ladies has a beautiful smile and they are very helpful. I recommend people check out their services.
Absolutely amazing. I had a broken molar and they got me in right away. They are upfront, honest, and very thorough with the extraction. I will be coming back and bringing my family now. Thank you very very much for your wonderful work and safe atmosphere. Your all amazing!!!!
We were advised to go see Dr. Al-Qishawi at this office, and his level of skills and knowledge is above and beyond! He is very humble and dawn to earth with the patients. He’s also very thorough explaining every detail of the treatment and reassuring. The staff, as well, are very friendly and it looks like everyone is enjoying and loving their job. It takes a team like that to make your dental visit exceptional and pleasant. For sure coming back to this location every time we need a dental appointment!

I was very impressed with the level of hospitality, care, attention and service I received at Kingsway Dental - from the receptionists, the hygienists to the doctor himself, compared to the service I got at dentists' offices in St. Albert in the past two years. Everything that was done in those two years had to be redone and I entrusted Dr. Iyad with this task. I rate this office a 10. I have no hesitation referring Kingsway Dental to my friends and neighbours. Keep up the good work.

It'll be worth your while!! The entire experience from start to finish was second to none in my opinion. Everyone was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The hygienist and dentist were very gentle, patient and thorough throughout the procedure. I was quite impressed with how well I was looked after. This team really cares about their patients. I am very thankful such an individual is practising in dental . Dr Iyad is an amazing human and a dentist. I had a swollen face for 2 days and no other dentist would see me because I had no money to pay for the emergency exam( 67 dollars) I walked into Kingsway dental center and immediately the front desk receptionist noticed my face. I was asked to fill in the covid form and the emergency papers and no one even asked me " how are you planning to pay for this ", like all other clinics in the mall or on the phone. are you ok? do you need anything? yes, believe it of not : all 6 clinics which I had called prior , refused to even see me for a painkiller or a prescription. I had dental insurance, but I lost my job a year ago . I guess covid helps humans discover the true ethical side of each other. Dr Iyad was told by staff I don't have money and no way to pay , his reply "let me see first if we need to help " he took a an xray that goes around and decided that tooth was "too far gone" he showed me the size of the infection in my jaw , which teeth are involved then he said our only dental option at this point is to take it out . Dr Iyad explained to me that freezing my not "kick in fully due to the sever infection and that the biology may require us to refreeze or even bring you back"" when the swelling is down .I started crying because i thought he is trying to get rid of me like all the other dentists. Dr Iyad said " don't worry i will try my best and i will get you out of pain " He froze me instantly ( but part of my lower eyelid was also frozen) , pain was gone immediately he took out the tooth in one pull, i did not feel a thing , no pain , did not even know when the tooth was out . Then they sent me to the royal Alex for IV antibiotics .GOD Bless this man and all his family and staff This man is the best I met
