Used to be a good place to go. Now with curbside service only, they make you wait in a queue (they'll call you back when it's your turn) just to ask a question, never mind purchase something!! I wanted to find out if they had 2 items in stock so it would be worth waiting in queue. So we wait in a queue, at home, to find out if they have certain products in stock. If they don't, we waited a day for them to call us back to look it up and then tell us they have none!! If they want to stay in business, they better come up with a better plan to serve their community other than waste everyone's time!! Called Harrow Home Hardware (7 miles away), they checked for stock of the items I was looking for, confirmed they had them and then told me where to park in an hour! Excellent! 5 hours later still haven't heard back from the Kingsville store and already picked up my goods from the Harrow store! Get it together people!!
