Ashley was fantastic to work with! Got my husband a new device and all within our budget. We also got lots of cool accessories along with his phone too! She also assisted with moving his stuff from one phone to another, when I got my phone, the place I went to did not offer to do that for me unfortunately! This is where my family will be coming in the future!

Even on a busy day, they're taking the time to clean before taking the next customer which is nice to see any business doing nowadays given how things are in the world now. Very reassuring. I wanted to buy a new iPhone and give my old iPhone to a family member. Michael Parada at the Wireless Wave kiosk at the Cataraqui Shopping Centre in Kingston was extremely helpful and answered All of my many many questions thoroughly and patiently. He was particularly careful to make sure I was clear about the costs involved and made sure I did not spend money on extra data I did not need. Then he set my new phone up explaining what he was doing as he did so. And finally he erased the my old phone, helped me choose a phone number that is remarkably easy to remember so that I could hand it immediately to the family member I was giving it to. He was just so helpful!! I will definitely recommend Michael to anyone I meet who is looking for a new phone.
