Our focus is Farm to Table – our estate has a fully operational farm where we raise poultry, game birds, lambs, goats, pigs and rabbit. We have several sections of garden totalling 100 acres and multiple herb gardens. Located across the street from the restaurant you aren’t a mile away from where the proteins and produce we grown is located.
