Manager here needs to learn a thing or two about manners and human kindness. Especially in hard times such as these. She turned us away TWICE, it's like they don't even want business, which we will now take elsewhere. We have such a sour taste in our mouth we would never go back to TD, and will be happy to tell the awful story to others.
Save yourself time and go different branch!
Makes a mockery of easy banking. Can't even provide documentation of my investment accounts I have with them during a whole workday. Don't care if your taxes are due under large penalties for failure to provide such info. We are just customers to them, they do the minimum to help you, but the maximum to sell you. We are not clients and not even remotely treated as such.
Horrible manageress here that seems to be able to make bad reviews go away faster than new customers.
