Today my wife and I went in for when the store opened, one manager said they were a little short staffed due to the snow storm, but said he would get someone to help me find some hockey skates as soon as possibe. Derek, who helped us, was very knowledgable about skates and how they should fit. I realized I was actually sized incorrectly in the past. He was able to find a skate in our price range that is comfortable to wear. Although some of their stock is low, he was able to help place an online order, and provided us with his hours he works so he can continue to help us when the skates arrive in the store. Thanks for 10/10 customer service today!! Will definitely be buying future skates here as well, when needed :) !

This mall is first class. They have a great variety of stores. Great food court too.
Easily one of the best sports location for shoes and training gear in the city of Kingston. Staff is always positive, inventory is always stocked ( even during a PANDEMIC ) product knowledge is always on point and the layout is easy to manage. I'll continue to shop here for my gym equipment and will always hold the staff to the most upmost respect. Thank you for being some of the most diligent workers in retail during this time.
We had a great sales rep named Joel at the Kingston store. He looked up every shoe that my wife wanted to try out and went and retrieved them and helped her with everything she asked about. If he didn't know he looked it up or asked someone else.
Good prices and they will price match steep discounts like Corbett's. Weaker selection this year for boots/goggles and you definitely need to do your research on big ticket items as the staff know the sales pitches, though they help as much as possible and are all very nice.
