The app they asked us to use to order doesn’t even work. They told my partner to wait outside cause they were maximum capacity and yet let another person come inside and stay. Not sure if it was a race thing but kinda felt like it. Won’t be going here again. Horrible service time after time.
Making the teas too really long, they were out of some ingredients. But overall a good bubble tea. I had the lychee, my partner had the passion fruit, both with tapioca. A standard bubble tea.
Really incredible drink line!! Has some of the best cream drinks and taro teas I've ever tasted - definitely gonna be one of my sweet treats from now on. Staff was really friendly too!
Favorite bubble tea store so far in Kingston. Tried their Thai Milk tea was really good!! Purple Rice Taro Fresh Milk tea is definitely RECOMMENDED. Mix Fruit Special Tea is a super Summer booster!!
Fabulous tea! A lot better then most competitors in kingston! This is as close to the real deal that I have been able to find! I highly recommend!
The staff was friendly and attentive. They gave me some recommendations to try based on my tastes and ultimately I went with their suggestion of the mango green milk tea. It was fresh, not too sweet and the tapioca had a great bouncy consistency. Great bubble tea spot in Kingston!
Amazing staff. We ordered from the patio at the square through the QR code scanner and the order didn’t arrive, so we contacted the person at the stall, he apologized for not having access to the orders through the app and immediately got us our drinks. The best part? They compensated by giving us 2 extra drinks (the same as our order) in the medium size. It’s the gestures that matters. Lovely experience :)
