Located inside the Food District area in Square One, with sooooooo many samples. They offer a variety of unique flavours for olive oil and balsamic vinegar and have samples for all of them. They have different sized bottles for purchase too which I love. That way you can buy the smaller bottles and get a variety. For those that love all things truffle - like truffle fries, they have truffle oil! I bought a small bottle of the black truffle oil and have been adding it to fries.

Flavours range from traditional to exotic, from spicy to fruity. You'll also find cookbooks and other items for sale. Worth an exploration and perfect for gifts all year round
