This used to be a great store and a fun welcoming atmosphere. It had a great manager named Stephanie, and an amazing staff and Customer Satisfaction was always a top priority. That manager is gone and all the staff left with her. The new manager is a pretentious jerk who is extremely full of himself and has zero personality. He's usually the only one there, clearly no one can stand working with him. I miss the old store.

Very upset with this place. My husband and I went to purchase a Christmas gift and the price was marked on the box but when they rang it in it came up to be an additional 40! They wouldn't adjust the price to the one clearly marked with a barcode on the box and wouldn't even discount it. Any other place I have been to they sell it at the price it's marked as since that's their mistake! We left and even though it's more expensive online at another store we will be purchasing from there.

Bought some games before Christmas and was told that they would refund, i specifically asked this question and they said they would....well, they don't! There is a very small sign taped to the desk (which was not visible and the sales representative had to remove stuff to show me), I confirmed that i asked when i purchased and was told that i was wrong and that they do not give refunds only store credit. I said i wanted to complain and he told me to do this online - which also seems to be an impossible task... i do not recommend buying from here unless you are 100% sure that you will want to keep your purchase.
