I had a flat tire, I took my to car to the Midas at 1137 Princess Street Location, and I got a set of four new Firestone tires. They dropped me to my apartment on courtesy vehicle, as tire delivery was later in the afternoon. Car will be ready tomorrow as I did not have the lock nut key. Savannah called even though they were about to close, they brought a loaner vehicle for me which made my day. My wife is a Front Line worker at a nearby facility. She'd be thrilled tonight to get a ride other than taxi at 11pm tonight. I was also advised by Savannah to get Midas card to make car repairs in installments. That was an option provided to me as I did not want to pay the entire 960 in lump sum. I reiterate the staff is friendly, nice and courteous. I would also thank Jessie for his great service. Kudos to their work ethic, and their impeccable customer service. I will always be a repeat customer at this location! Pandemic or non-Pandemic times, the staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. Canadian Midas kudos to you for your exceptional Customer Service.

Got my oil changed on Tuesday March 3rd, the next day I checked the oil libel and there was 0.75-1L over the highest level on the dipstick. Called and went there again and the manager measured the oil after being operated for 5 minutes and said that the level is okay. I took his word and went back home. When I checked the owners manual and followed the procedure the level was over as the first time. Called and scheduled to get the excess oil drained, but this time they forgot to put the oil cap back in place as shown and the oil splashed under the hood as shown. I was so angry and was offered lots of apologies, the oil was cleaned and a free oil change. I told the manager just to clean the oil and I won’t come here again. If a simple job like oil change wasn’t done as should what about more complex tasks?!!!!!!
They were very nice, very quick. The price was fair. The girl tried to convince me hard enough to use synthetic rather than conventional. I had to tell her no 3x lol.
I was stranded at the side of the road with a smoking engine. An hour away from home where I left my 12 year old son. It was a Saturday during lockdown and nothing else was open. They got my car in right away and gave me a free loaner car so I could get back home. As the repairs would take some time to complete. Thank you all at Midas for saving the day!
Service and staff were excellent. The waiting area's air can get very polluted, to the point you need to step out. A&W is next door and they will come get you there when your car is ready.
