Courteous yet inexperienced sales staff. Sales manager rarely responded to any voicemail messages during my purchase. Sales associate made several mistakes on sales bill which was evidence of inexperience. When asked to correct, quickly lost patience. When brought for servicing due to one side of the windshield getting fogged up, after inspection, mechanic told me I am not supposed to run hvac in auto mode, and should always run in manual mode while driving! Utter nonsense. One of the two ladies at the service department has absolutely no customer service skill and misbehaved when I pointed out that the service interval programmed on my vehicle was incorrect and maintenance warnings are showing up at wrong intervals. Later when I complained to the service manager about the unprofessional behaviour, he called back with apologies and corrected the maintenance program through a service appointment. Asked a price for a pair of wiper blades, and the price was 20 more than what was quoted by Mercedes dealer in the Niagara region. Later when asked to quote for a rocker panel, parts department quoted incorrect price. When I called to order the part, clerk told me that he has quoted me a wrong price due to computer error and price was a few hundred dollars more! I didn't buy that excuse or the part. Not much choice in Kingston, so I have no choice but to stick with them for the time being.
Took my Benz in for a Service appointment and had a few little sounds and minor rattles that were a completely complementary fix. Driving away I felt taking care of. Thank you guys for being the first shop that’s actually not tried to run me up the wall. Used to own and run a mechanic bay/garage. These guys do it right. Shuttle service was wonderful as well.
