Me and my wife love Mary browns. The food is great the customer service is usually outstanding but I went yesterday with my wife and the woman that was working was not representative of the kind of service I’m used to getting. I know that sounds kinda stuck up but bare with me. She was rude, condescending and being sarcastic in a way that I wasn’t sure whether or not she was mocking me. Like I get it we all have bad days but this isn’t an isolated incident. She was the same way a week or two ago when I went and she forgot my drinks and salad. When I went back in she acted like i was wasting her time and I heard her complaining about me to someone as I left. Overall not a good experience. But as I stated at the start the food is good the people are usually nice. To the staff of Mary browns: you guys rock!!

I consider Mary Brown’s has the best fried chicken in North America. The chicken and taters in this location are great - it’s as good as the original restaurant in St John’s. they never disappoint. The pieces are big, unlike KFC. Staff here are very friendly. Washrooms are clean. 5 stars. ** such big pieces of chicken. Hot and yummy. Wedges are phenomenal. Best.

We had the chicken fingers and wedges. I ordered ahead to pick up on my way home and they are really friendly and helpful. The food was still nice and hot when i got home. The food was the best fast food i have ever had. Gf said the same. Thanks for a great dinner Mary Brown.

Great place. But as I was leaving i checked bag. Forgot drink, asked for macaroni salad but got coleslaw. Every take out where I go now I always check my orders. Otherwise love the chicken/taters.

Great 4 piece combo, great chicken pop-ins. The young man behing the counter is energetic and enthusiatic and make people smile when ordering . Great sense of team work. First timer... Will be back! Thank you for a great experience.
