Trail is very well maintained and great for casual day hikes. Not somewhere I'd recommend for a challenging hike, but it's perfect for a nice stroll outside or to test some new gear before taking it out on the trails. Recently started trail running and this has become my go to. I highly recommend for first time trail runners. Lots of distance options and loops to choose from.

Really awesome trails and not as busy as other conservation areas close to the city.

The Little Cat. Is a perfect place for a walk jog, cross country, you name it. Here the wildlife abounds. Birds, geese, deer, coyotes, wolves, and chickadees who land on your hands as long as there are sunflower seeds on them! There isn't a season where this is not a beautiful place. Maple madness is one of our family's favorite activities. You can take a covered wagon back into the sugarbush and have the best pancakes with real maple syrup, walk the snow laden trails and listen to the rush of a forest stream. Boardwalks, trails, great visitor center. It's a win win why not activity.

Best place for small hike around Kingston. Very nice place, lot of wildlife, tracks well maintained and we can also see (in the forest) a sugar shack with the system for collecting the maple sap on the trees! Highly recommended!

Great trails and good for bird watching and small wildlife. Cost is 5 per person, 3.50 for children which we weren't aware of but were able to pay online .
