Terrible design! Same designer as the Portsmouth park. Kingston sadly will never be known for having good skateparks.

Small park next to a high school - rarely anyone there in the summer as there is a newer park across the river off Montreal rd. This one has a hip-ish thing, and a nice long quarter wall, couple of angles to explore. There isn't a lot to do, so come here to practice a specific trick.
