Never more than one person on cash it seems when I go shopping for my wife. Service is just ok. Places like this should realize that most men DON'T want to be there (especially without their wife) so staff should to what they can to help and get him outta there!

Lots of different products. The staff are usually very friendly. They have good deals as well

The staff are miss informing and the quality of bras is garbage. This is what is delivered here after the major cities get the good selection. I have a 5 year old La Senza bra that still has more support than a brand new La Vie en Rose bra. Because staff lack social and customer service skills, they will easily loose customers. Unless you don't care about the quality of your bra.

Nice merchandise, poor service. Today was my second visit to the outlet. On the first one I picked up couple “lounge” dresses and scanned the swimwear. The shop assistants were friendly, but frankly I didn’t need any help. This time I came back to buy a two piece and/or a one piece bathing suite. I wasn’t greeted upon entrance, though one person was at the cash in front. I found one rack with the swimsuits with shorts and asked a sales person Angel if she could tell me where else I could look. The response was a brief “that’s it”. It was hard to believe so I went roaming, though I didn’t have much time :( I found more shorts and saw Angel again and asked if there are even more swim shorts available in a different part of the store. The response came brisk: “they are all over the place. I really cannot go and show you around”. Well, I thought, isn’t that what sales people in retail are there for? I don’t know what was the problem, besides me there were 3 more customers in the store - not exactly a line up. I saw Angel chatting nicely with another customer moments later..Maybe she just didn’t like my accent? Another retail assistant Larissa helped me get to the change room, and buy a this season swimsuit and a bunch of coverups and shorts from the sale section. Overall, it seemed like the sales ladies were more occupied with stocking and organizing the empty hangers than serving the customers. Just a suggestion: maybe La Vie en Rose can pay one extra hour of labour so that their sales people pay attention to clients when the store is open and do restocking and hangers business before/after hours? Or maybe pay for a couple hours of training your sales team on their goals, attitudes and behaviours?

Very nice store. Well kept and layed out. Staff could show a little more interest. At the belleville store, the girls will get the items/sizes you want to try on while in the change room. A totally different shopping experience that has one wondering if the girls in Belleville work on commission and the girls at this location don't
