Most incredible team! I may not get completely pain free, but it has helped me to keep mobile. It's like they found all the kindest and caring people to work for them. I highly recommend kopi, if there was a 6th star I'd would've picked it. Amazing people and they do a excellent job.

Clinic assistant Michelle is one of the most uncompassionate people I’ve met that works in health care not to mention a chronic pain clinic. Most people dealing with long term chronic pain have a lot of really bad days and they certainly didn’t ask to be trying to live with chronic pain! To not return calls, to just plain forget to call in refills and have nothing to say but did I forget to do that is unacceptable!! At least pretend you care even if you don’t. She’s obviously never suffered chronic pain or the complications of not having pain meds when you need them!! If you’re too busy to return calls in a timely manner and don’t have time to do your refills get some help! If you don’t like dealing with people in pain get another job!! The only thing worse than her is the egotistical, arrogant control freak she works with Murphy!!!

I have only positive things to say about the team at KOPI. The doctors, assistants and office staff are professional and caring. The treatments are not fun but the staff make it more bearable.
