Not sure why this hospital has such a bad rep. I have no family doctor and I have serious spine problems. I'm waiting for a 6th back surgery. The hospital has been amazing! They got me in for a rush MRI and because I don't have a family doctor, the hospital is working on getting me a referral to a spine surgeon. KGH staff has been amazing to me!

The nurses on Davey 4 ICU are super great. Very understanding and take care of the patients like its their own family. Don't have anything bad to say about them. Doing a great job.
Very friendly staff here. I have gone to this hospital many years and have never been disappointed. Not too sure why this hospital has such a low rating since everyone is so welcoming and helpful.
Some of the nurses here are completely incompetent. Not impressed by the care received when hospitalized. Not all nurses are bad but some are terrble.
They treat you like trash over seeing psych meds on your chart... I well know that Mental Health and Physical Health are integrally interconnected. And it is high time for our hospitals to “treat” & address them as TOGETHER.
