There's no pressure to do the competitive boxing, Colin is an amazing coach and focuses on you being healthy for life,o you being a boxer. But if you want to get into competitive boxing Colin coached in the Olympics, his staff & him have been doing this for a very long time. Fun atmosphere, a great way to stay in shape and a safe way to let off some steam. I've learnt so much from this club, that I could never even explain into words.
