I work at Rona Home and Garden and i am a dealer of John Deere products, I have never experienced such great customer service. Adam the service manager and James in the parts department treated me extremely well and got everything i needed for replacements within a week. On behalf of Rona, i strongly recommend doing business through Green Tractors. Excellent service, kept me posted on when they ordered my product and how long it was going to take. Very impressed. Bad employment experience! Closed work environment, there's a little click that controls who they accept as employees and who they don't. If you're not in that farming community click, you'll never be accepted.
If you’re looking to get ripped off and taken advantage of, this is your place to go! I am so disappointed with the service provided to my family, as customers for 15yrs I expected better. When the account holder passes away and the widow is having problems with the tractor, don’t promise her that you’ll help her out and take care of her and then give her a 400 bill after holding onto the machine for 4 weeks claiming you don’t know what is wrong. Truly upsetting, I don’t recommend their services.
