Peggy and her outstanding staff make the entire experience of getting assessed and buying hearing aids fun and easy. Their level of care and customer service is outstanding. They take pleasure in getting you the best appliance at the best possible price. They're so good, I referred my while extended family to them! To me, that says everything.

I completed a hearing test at Frontenac Hearing Clinic in January 2020. The testing was required for a job application, in which I had papers to be signed. The hearing test was well explained and thorough. The receptionist sent my results via email which was excellent and appreciated. Only downfall- I requested services from an Audiologist as my current benefits cover that service, unfortunately I was not informed that my hearing test was being completed by a \Hearing Instrument Specialist\. I understand this was a simple misunderstanding. The receptionist sympathized and apologized for the mistake. *This was addressed very kindly and promptly as I received an email from Peggy (Owner) apologizing for the mix up in Audiologist/Hearing Instrument Specialist, offering to fix the minor mistake made during booking and provide a refund (As I cannot submit to my insurance). Since her staff did a GREAT job during the testing and provided me excellent care I thanked Peggy for the offer but will leave things as is.* Definitely take your hearing needs to Frontenac Hearing Clinic! You will be well taken care of. Thanks Peggy and team!
