Another excellent experience at Enterprise. I made a few errors when booking but was quickly sorted out by Dylan upon arrival. I was also able to get a vehicle 2 hours prior to my original booking time( mistake on my part) and also one large enough to accommodate all of my luggage(another mistake on my part).Everything about the vehicle and arrangement was well explained. Would certainly recommend them and will be returning in the future!

I have rented a car from Pearson Airport and needed to drop it off at Kingston Location (2244 Princess st). Because I came from an international flight, I needed to self isolate and couldn't return the car myself. Enterprise (Danielle) asked me to leave the car in my driveway for 3 days to quarantine and then they will pick up not to breach my self-isolation and even they fuel it at the pump rate for me without any extra charges. MANY THANKS Enterprise for running things safely and contributing to protecting our Community.
My staff and I have rented vehicles from Enterprise from various locations over the past with consistent good customer care and service. Unfortunately, that perfect record has been destroyed through my recent experience at the 2244 Princess Street, Kingston, Ontario location. I was originally surprised at the lack of interest by the reserving agent. I am sure we’ve all experienced that tone and unwillingness to be proactive or helpful. But after I spoke to other team members during pickup and arranged return, my faith in Enterprise returned. Unfortunately, that renewed loyalty quickly dissipated when I spoke to the branch manager who presented herself in the same manner as the original agent. If Enterprise is able to pull the recording of the call, they will find the manager terminated the call. I am reminded of one of the laws of marketing. Success leads to arrogance. Arrogance leads to failure. This one experience has converted a loyal customer to a shopper for a competing service. A shame for the many other good people who work for Enterprise.
They are always Pleasant and helpful, and the cars have always been excellent. I rent cars from them fairly regularly, and have never had a bad experience. If anything, they go above and beyond my expectations.
Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager on duty might've been the most unhelpful person I've met. Seems she has a few rave reviews already..
