As a relatively small local business purchasing pneumatic/hydraulic pumps, Eastern Fluid Power's ethos to exceed their \clients' expectations with the right solution and the desired result\ was certainly proven right. When the new pumps began to show operating problems, Tiffany and the great team at Eastern Fluid Power made sure that my concerns were heard and understood when the manufacturer had deemed the symptoms ormal\. Within just a few days the entire issue was resolved and I have all new pumps again, without any further issues. Besides the down time, and the time taken to swap out the pumps the whole process left me satisfied and valued as a customer. Based solely on how the people that make up Eastern Fluid Power have treated me, I would highly recommend them. They stand behind the products they sell, they're professional, knowledgeable, and as demonstrated, they will bend over backwards for their customers. Tim's a good lad too. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with this company in a very trying and difficult urgent repair situation. Mike and Tiffany were fantastic to deal with and communicated every issue encountered along the way, during repairs. To top everything off, they finished the repairs and assembly early.
