I expected to get quality body work and friendly, knowledgeable service ... and I did. I did NOT expect to get my car back washed, waxed, glass cleaned inside and out, leather cleaned, etc ... for no extra price. Amazing! They are my new goto place to have bodywork done.
I recently had some repairs done to My car, the Guys were Friendly, Professional and did Amazing work. Not only did they make My car look like New but they also cleaned and detailed the inside of the car, I Highly recommend Crown Collision. Great Job Guys Thank You.
My vehicle was under still under warranty from Ford, they usually sent vehicles to Crown for paint repairs as the paint was bubbling, in need of repairs. Dropped off at Ford dealer and picked it up from the dealer again. However the cleaning job done by Crown on my vehicle was pathetic. When my vehicle went in for repair it was immaculate and had just detailed it myself, inside and outside. Unfortunately after the paint job repair they left my vehicle in shambles, some one just went with a dirty rag inside and left streak marks and not to mention it stunk as well. The paint repair job was done well but the cleaning was pathetic. They washed the vehicle and left water marks all over it. They seriously need to pay more attention to the details of job afterward. Otherwise get someone else who who do a better job. Or they can get a hold of me to give them. Lesson. In car detailing. I just spent another 3 hours cleaning my car, trying to undo the damage done to it.if they had left my car as it is after the work they had done, it would have been much cleaner then what cleaning job they have done on it.
The most reasonable price in town to fix my tailgate. They completed the repair in the time they stated. High quality work.
