Amazing, creative wedding florist Michelle was a phenomenal wedding florist in her creativity, reliability and reasonable pricing. She found a way to stretch our budget to create the most stunning backdrop for our indoor wedding ceremony (at the Rosemount Inn), and created a bridal bouquet that took my and my mother’s breath away. The boutonnieres were refined, delicate and a piece of art unto themselves. She’s also really fun to communicate with and a delight to work with. I can’t speak highly enough of her work as a very happy customer and bride!

I contacted Michelle (from Toronto) as I was looking for a florist in Kingston to deliver a subscription of fresh cut flowers to somebody local. We chatted on the phone about what I was looking for and pricing and she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating! The first arrangement arrived and they were fresh, colourful and beautifully arranged with detailed information on how to care for them. I was very impressed and the recipient was very happy with her gift as well. I would definitely recommend Michelle and Chartreuse Flower works for excellent customer service and beautiful floral arrangements.
Very rude, instead of saying just a minute to the customer she was on the phone with she was rude talking to me when the customer on the phone thought she was talking to them. I understand that the pandemic was hard on everyone but very bad customer service and very disappointed all over a single rose, guess I will start looking elsewhere to shop for flowers. Maybe her adds should say selling flowers for special occasions and not single customers, known Michelle for a bit very disappointed in her.
We found Michelle via Google because we wanted to send impromptu flowers to our daughter - and the reviews were glowing. She did not disappoint as she created the most beautiful arrangement and ensured it was delivered the same afternoon. Very accommodating and great service - highly recommend!
Michelle did the flowers for our wedding. Beautiful does not begin to describe them! The bouquets and table arrangements were absolutely gorgeous. Michelle is an artist, and extremely professional. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
