THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! Do not order from Walmart online as they use Loomis as their delivery drivers! we were home during all lockdown days we have a door bell and for two days in a row we were left a nobody home notice now our items are across town and they want us to pick it up. I dont drive! If I wanted to go past the wallmart in my city to pick this up I would have bought the stuff from the walmart store in my city now that' things are open again! Company is so rude and unhelpful do not use if at all possible!

Would never recommend this service to anyone. Very incompetent service. Only delivery company I am aware of who is currently not delivering to your door. On top of it all cannot read correct shipping addresses. Not only will I never use this service again. Will stop purchasing from any store who uses these clowns as their only option for delivery. Would give 0 if you could.

How is this company even in operation? They left a notice on the main apartment building door twice, though never informed me that my parcel I ordered two months ago had arrived. I work 3 days a week, I take care of a child, two pets, do things for the community, and have everyday obligations like, bathing, cooking, cleaning and grocery shopping. A postal organization cannot assume that the person they are delivering to is going to be home or not in the shower, doing laundry etc at the precise moment that they arrive. No one told me that they were coming / no one phoned me; how were they expecting me to know? Telepathy? I would like the items that I PAID FOR! THANKS!

Twice they made a “delivery attempt” without actually buzzing or calling the associated number - both times we were home. I even chatted with online customer service after the first delivery attempt to ensure the buzz code and phone number were on file... useless. Make more work for themselves than they need to.

I've spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of ANYONE. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, NO ONE does the \live talk\ .... do NOT ship with them, waste of time and money. Good luck if you did shop with them .
