Very friendly and helpful staff. Quality hardware with easy to read instructions. This is the second bathroom we have renovated using Bath Depot as our go to store. Would highly recommend Bath Depot to anyone.

Great staff, but they're selling products that a lot of tradespeople won't install. Also, their terms are terrible: store credit in most cases and you can only return within 30 days. We've had no problem returning to other 'big box' stores.
