Recently purchased our second Acura RDX from Kingston Acura. While this dealer isn’t as large as some it works to their advantage. From the moment you walk in you are promptly greeted and actually respected as not only a customer but part of their family. I have purchased many new vehicles over 35 years. This dealer is by far one of the best if you want a fair negotiated price. Top regards to Jacqui. Absolutely the most pleasant sales representative I’ve worked with. Takes the time and explains everything about the sale, stays in touch up to delivery. Jacqui further introduces all the features of the vehicle, (and there are many) before driving away. Sales Manager Doug McMillan, is equally as pleasant. Takes the time to ensure everything goes as planned. Very personable to speak with! Upon delivery the vehicle was a gem. Detailed to perfection, which further indicates the level of service from all departments involved. I’m a rather picky customer, but have nothing but top compliments towards the family at Kingston Acura!

I have taken my Acura ZDX to Kingston Acura on three occasions now. I have been very impressed with the level of service, customer care and attention that I have been getting. I dropped by today without an appointment due to an engine oil issue. Arika White, a Sales and Leasing staff, took me without hesitation, ensured I had a loaner vehicle and indicated that Jenna Perry the service advisor would be in touch. Jenna kept in touch throughout the afternoon regarding the service progress and ensured that everything was handled satisfactorily.
