Action Truck World is a pretty good place to buy your accessories. Although if you're looking for an OE product I would recommend shopping here. I found it difficult when I bought a deflector for my hood how it didn't fit properly because it was aftermarket. The staff are very knowledgeable very courteous very professional here though and they do carry a wide range of items for your vehicle.

Even one star is one too many for this farce of a company. I ordered chrome window vents for my car at the beginning of August and was told it would take approximately 3 weeks for them to arrive. Fast forward 7 weeks and I’m told they’ve finally arrived (after me stopping by the store at the 4 week mark to find out if I’d missed a call from them; but oh no, that wasn’t the case). Received a call Sept 18 that finally the order was in! Yippee!! Due to my work schedule, I scheduled the installation for today (October 11 at 4:30 pm). Arrived a bit early only to be told my appointment was actually scheduled for 3:30...I distinctly remember telling the fella I worked until 4 and would try my best to get there for 4:30. There’s no way I would have booked it for 3:30. But whatever. Then I’m told the window visors had been sent back because they thought they were unclaimed! WTF?!? Do they not check the schedule or call customers to verify they are still interested in picking up their orders? No courtesy call, no apology, nothing. I’m beyond livid. Action Auto, I hope you realize that word of mouth advertising and reviews on social media are very powerful, and you can be damned sure you will never get a positive review from me. On the bright side, I just saved myself 300; but I’ll find somewhere else that’s worthy of my money who can order my chrome window visors and install them for me. Thanks for nothing Action Auto. On June 25, 2020 I purchased the Thule Force XT Large Cargo box at the Kingston location, along with Crossbars model Wingbar Evo, and 6 new locks. As I was VERY satisfied with pre-sale service by owner Shawn Martin, I asked him where to give positive feedback other than Google, and he suggested this webpage. He was always professional, upbeat and positive throughout, and extremely patient given my many questions. He also reassured me about the excellent track record he’s found that Thule boxes have and never used any high-pressure sales tactics. He addressed my anxiety about how in the future, I’d be able to follow the optimal procedures for removing, storage and installation, by personally watching a new staff member demonstrate key details of these steps. He added more tips when needed, until he was sure all my questions were answered. Shawn Martin was a pleasure to deal with and I will turn to him and Action Car & Truck in future if needed without hesitation. I’ve already mentioned his local store to a new arrival in town, who sang the praises about his own 15-year-old Thule box, in case he needed any service or parts in future. I will be glad to pass on my positive experiences to others looking for products or service from Action Car & Truck.
