Safety, i appreciate for taking steps to ensure your customer's safety by doing temperature check. Phenomenal service and friendly personnel. Mr. Edwin Ho service manager was very professional, clear and very helpful. Fast service, quality work and efficient. Definitely highly recommended.

I drop off my car for just couple of days so i pick up after 2 weeks and my car was so dirty :( i never go this service again!!
Brought my car into Kingscross Hyundai Parts & Service for a tire swap and oil change. After arriving at the appointed time, Edwin took the details and told me to be back in 40 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised because the receptionist had told me when I booked the appointment that it could take up to 1,5 hours. I decided to go for a run in the neighbourhood as I preferred not to wait inside. While on my run, Edwin phoned to tell me that my brakes needed work, so I approved the order to go ahead. Edwin told me when the car would be ready. Five minutes before the pick-up time, I saw my car being driven to the pick-up area. I walked in, Edwin explained the invoice, I paid and got into my washed car. Wow! This is a first! Thank you Kingscross Hyundai Parts & Service and, in particular, Edwin Ho and Ryan Paek, for making my day. I hope that this way of servicing cars becomes the norm rather than having a waiting room filled with customers waiting for their car.
Actually. This the worst car service I have ever seen. Reception and manager are so rude. Even thought my new car battery problem that I called the roadside assistant to help me. Instead of checking my car ASAP they let me wait in side then ask me to go wait outside. On top of that they do have the right attitude to deal with customers. What shocked me the most it not only the recipient it is also the manager. What I discovered day they lied to me when I asked to speak with senior manager. They give one of the car representative as senior manager.
I had my Santa Fe service repair. I was expecting high cost repair. End up the repair cost was very reasonable. I had to thank the service advisor named Edwin, which he treated me like VIP. Also, everybody who work there are very friendly. Good job, keep it up.
Came in today to get my vehicle check, and service advisor Edwin Ho managed everything plus he offered me the Spring package service for my 2015 Santa Fe today which is very competitive than going to other shops. My vehicle is only serviced here and it just keeps going!
Its been 2 years with you guys and I always get a service like a first time. #Knowledgable Team - Andri, Kelly, Andrew and service team. Always make my Kona ready for my unexpected trips, recently completed the road trip to ON to AB and team made sure car was good to go and even made sure everything is okay when I brought back. I would like to commend SIR EDWIN HO, the Service Manager of Kingscross, Scarborough for facilitating the replacement of my 2020 Hyundai Elantra engine. The engine was burning oil, they told me to go back for 7 months and I was really discouraged when they told me that. However, the front desk from the sales of the same branch suggested to talk to the service manager, and luckily, sir Edwin Ho promptly made a report regarding my engine problem. He never failed to update me from time to time. Fortunately, after weeks of waiting, they finally changed the engine. Got my car fixed in less than 8 hours. I hope that there will be no problems in the near future, though. Without any doubt, Edwin Ho deserves a 10 star rating. More powers!
