Bought some flooring here for 2 separate projects. The projects ran a little longer than they were supposed to. I was left with a few boxes of unused product after and even though it was a few days past the 90 day return period they took it back with no issues. Great guys to deal with and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again

There are witnesses to the phone call and bully tactics used by KOF mgr TROY to avoid responsibility. It’s 100% untrue the problem was rectified 3 years ago. Original owner has offered support with the true version of the story stating clearly they were told the floor would not fade as it has to complete discolouration as it’s been 3 years. Just 3 years. The original owner along w the current owner have indicated the truth. Troy stated KOF would Warranty the main floor if he never had the original customer do a deal in new home on the side. The original owner stated they never used KOF in new home so warranty should stand. KOF mgr TROY reneged on warranty and cuts side deals that he said are verbal and not in writing. He lied and won’t own it. KOF can debate all you want, facts are facts. This is how you treat a customer by taking the sale and refusing to stand by the product or your ethics which have proven to be non existent. I will not reply to further lies from KOF. Your an unethical company with zero concept of resolve. Now sitting with CRT. May take a year or more w Covid but reported to BBB as well. Be aware of these scammers. You can’t predict 1-2-3 years out and you will not be supported. Trust that...

I purchased laminate flooring and premium underlayment from King of Floors. From beginning to end, the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I also want to thank Colten and his crew from New Level Flooring. I had my main level floor and stairs replaced with new laminate flooring. They did an exceptional job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an upgrade to their home.
Very helpful. They will not try to sell the stuff which one you don’t need it. Also they take it back %100 returned if you bought extra and no questions asked with in 90 days. Customer services was very excellent. I will recommended to my all family and friends.
