Hi, We placed an order appx 200 for new connection, we are trying to reach you on your number since weak and no one is picking. You mentioned 2-4 days for the connection. We would require the money to be refunded otherwise we will take a legal action.

I would give a ZERO if I can. See screenshot of speed provided when promised 150Mbps. 1. Internet paid for was 150Mbps but speed was only 70 when I get lucky. It would also go as low as 2-9mbps sometimes 2. Internet lagged a lot and speed fluctuated 3. WhatsApp calling didn't work 4. Sometime VPN didn't work. Maybe some shady thing was done to the router I asked for partial refund after 2 days of usage and it was cancelled. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE!! I lost 70 here

Absolutely horrible experiance with them. I reached out and asked originally for a dhl modem the guy said he didnt have one only cable. So i paid over 200 for renting that day just to be told it will work but did not and had to return it when i paid for 150mps he then gave me a dhl modem and i had already taken a cab now for the second time to their location and the only one he had was at 50 mps for download. I havent been compensated for ANYTHING ive asked already and question was avoided completely and i was told i wad called yesterday by technician when no one called me to even ask if i would be home or avail yesterday. Lets just show up randomly. But the joke is on then because i was home and no one came by so i was lied to again. Am not told a day when i will have my internet back working and im about ready to take this to the fraud department . Wont be changing star rating until you guys fix this with me.

Stay away paid for 1 year in advance because every month it went down when payment was not even due......what a mistake it NOW goes off line 2-3x’s per month. Worse customer service ever encountered they do not have the server capacity to accommodate the service unable to get thru no answer during A PANDEMIC in Toronto DONT waste your Money They Charge 15.00 per month you can get better for 10.00 STAY AWAY if I could have given zero I wld have done so 1 is the lowest available as a rating GARBAGE now they won’t answer phone or reapond
