I was looking for a king mattress for my bedroom set and found good reviews for King Furniture online. I called the store regarding timing and the lady pickup the phone right away. When I went to the store, Jyoti greeted me in a very friendly and welcoming manner. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me through all the different types of mattresses and answered all my questions. She even offered the “best bang for the buck” mattresses and allowed me ample time to test each mattress. Overall, she was very keen on learning about my needs and delivering an outstanding product. She wasn’t pushy like most salesman in corporate stores (i.e. Brick, Leon’s etc.), but catered to my needs. Overall, my experience in dealing with King Furniture has been excellent. The customer service offered by Jyoti has been excellent and the product has been excellent. One tip I would give to someone looking to buy from their store is to be specific in terms of the furniture/mattress/item that you need to buy. There are some items in their catalog that can be customized and made specifically for you. I would recommend these guys and would go there again if I ever need furniture. The have great prices for quality products.

I bought my sofa set and two bedroom sets from them. I am very happy with the products. Customer service is also excellent. I had no problem at all from the time I chose the furniture till it was delivered to me.
I used the uhaul service and this location and I must say this was by far the best service I received from a uhaul dealer. The lady at the counter was patient and helpful. Quick documentation and brand new vehicles.
