I just had probably the best customer service of my life. There's above and beyond, and then there's John. I'm in Montreal, so there is likely little that they can ship to me. But for the item I'm seeking they'll see what they can do!! Just WOW. For those of you in the Toronto area, show them some love please! Businesses like this need our support!

Excellent nursery! Very knowledgable and helpful, with excellent stock and products at a fair price; makes this our favorite garden centre. They undertook the reconstruction of our front entrance and garden, and the results were amazing, in terms of final appearance, quality of workmanship, and performance of the work, and all at a price point that made the decision to have them do the work almost too easy. We try to give them as much business as we can, wanting to support a family-owned and operated business whenever possible. Good place to get a nice Christmas tree, or almost any kind of tree. The parents are still actively involved, but the sons have assumed the bulk of the physical work. All will stop and take the time to discuss your projects, plant-related problems, or to just catch up. A great business, and a pleasure to deal with.
Nice location, cosy, magical garden, and seems like it is family run, and I support all those things. But for end of season, I thought they would have better deals, given that the plants were wilting and not in good condition. Not much variety, again it was early November, but also indoors, so they could've had some variety. Or maybe they're closed in the winter. Anyway, I expected more.
Bought a Dwarf Lilac tree from here yesterday. What fantastic customer service. I can’t remember his name but he is the tall gentleman and his photo is on their website. He was amazing. We even got it delivered same day!
