As soon as I walked into Kinetic Konnections, Holly approached me and was very attentive. She asked questions to ensure she understood what I needed and right away took me over to the wrist braces where she measured my wrist and provided 3 samples for me to try on. Holly was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, which made me feel at ease right away. I feel that I can come into this store and not feel awkward. Thank you so much!
