Never have a good experience there. No one is ever helpful. One time I was buying patio stones and trying to tell them which ones. He gave me a catalog to show them. Then they tried to argue they didn’t carry the ones I selected. Instead of going out and checking I had to go back outside and take pictures. Then once I paid no one came to help me load them. I’ve never seen anyone smile there or make friendly conversation. Too bad it’s the only place to go in town.

Well, we found staff, polite and friendly. We've always been treated well. Placed order, next day service.
I thought changing the brand of the store to Rona would perhaps turn a chapter and we would get better customer service but it is not to be. If it was one time I would understand but time and time again the staff had made me feel like I am a inconvenience to them.
Poor service but nice check out lady.
Worst customer expierence ever. Unhelpful and neglectful staff. Wanted to charge an obscene amount for delivery just outside of town. Will not be going there again. Called Hodgins Rona in Wingham instead, was very helpful and only charged 10 delivery.
