Dealing with Steve was a pleasure when purchasing our new trailer. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding the RV we purchased which was welcome. Tish has made the business end of the deal extremely smooth and easy to complete. I definitely recommend dealing with Pierson. It has been a great expereince from the start.

What a great experience dealing with Pierson Motors. First class treatment by Mike, Brittany ( We were her first sale) Tish and all the service guys! We had bought our first 3 trailers at other places over the years and started shopping for our last ( retirement) trailer when we randomly walked in while camping nearby. Best decision we ever made because they made us feel like family and every question was answered with genuine interest & sincerity. We already have friends interested for their next trailer and will refer others to them. Again, thank you to all the staff! Keith & Jennifer
Just bought a traditional from Pierson. They have the best prices. Every employee we saw were so friendly. No pushy sakes people. Will do business with them again. Great experience. Strongly recommend!!!
I bought an infinity g37x from pierson. Immediately the cruise control did not work. I called to ask them to fix it and they put me off for 3 weeks telling me different stories about how they hadn't discussed it with the owner as he was always out of the building. But when I said it's odd that no one has talked to the owner about it in 3 weeks, the response then was that the owner was not interested in paying over 3500 dollars to fix the vehicle I had just purchased. Do not shop at this place. I'm not from the area so I even asked the salesman if it was a reputable used car shop and he said that they have too treat their customers right in a small community like this... Do not darken their door. Even if you just have to use the washroom.
Fantastic customer service. Mike was creative & went out of his way to solve a trailer problem a friend of mine had on Saturday Sept 26/20. This was my first time dealing with Pierson Motors & RV Sales but it certainly will not be the last. Thanks again Mike for going out of your way to help us out.
