My go-to place for o fish sauce kimchi\!! 4L for 19.99, tried other places but Kim's Mart is my favourite. They have another location right behind Edmonds SkyTrain station in BBY.
I find the price is very competitive and appreciate being able to buy Asian products with good price but just wish the staff is a little more helpful and friendlier.... I don't get any smile at the til nor \thank you\ when paying. I asked if they had an item I couldn't find and got frowned. I will still shop at Kims but won't expect decent customer service.
Terrible place. The cashier was argumentative and the stocking boy was extremely rude and aggressive.When I complained to the owner on the phone, she apologized but made excuses that even though she has had multiple complaints about the rudeness of her staff, she was struggling to find good people to replace them. Not a safe place! Go somewhere else like H Mart which is much cleaner and safer.
Great place to buy Asian products specializing in Korean and Japanese items. There is also ready made food as i always buy their veggie kimbap and roasted yams. They also give you coupons for you to visit as the value depends on how much you spend. Lots of snacks and sauce mixes all organized in their aisles .
