Got these done exactly a week ago. From the start of the nail appointment I told them I need a Polish that will work with the gel coating as my nails are very sensitive to the products. She said the color I chose 2ould work. Got to the end of the appointment and she puts a Polish on, not the gel coating and ensured it would be ok. Exactly 1 week later the Polish chips and I have two broken nails. I am not rough on nails and can go 3weeks before having them changed. I work a desk job. Spoke with the manager who refused to fix their mistakes except for fixing the chipped polish. This customer service is embarrassing and poor quality for the money that was spent.

They did a great job on my nails, their fast but good, she noticed I had two cut and was really careful with them most salons I sent to didn't. The pedicure was also super relaxing. It was a great experiance and I'll definitely will be going be going back 100%

100% Satisfied with service, this will be my permanent place to do nails now, Me and my Hasband went togather, he did pedicure and can't explain in words how satisfied he was with his pedicure.. Will visit you guys again and again... Thank you kim for all kind of amazing work you did for us.
