Very friendly and clean. My dogs were happy and excited when we picked them up. They were clean and did not smell like in previous kennels. They ran around before getting into the vehicle and even went to say goodbye. Our dogs usually refuse to eat while we are away and this time they had no problems. This is our second time using this kennel and have finally found our forever kennel! Thank you for loving our dogs while we were away.
