I went into the store today to try some new products and the associate working was super helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions. Store was clean and well organized, and they gave me some free samples!

Great products and really knowledgeable staff. They were super helpful and patient with all my questions! Would definitely recommend if you want good skincare advice. Plus i love the samples they give.

I was really excited to go here and try out some of the skincare products since I've heard good things about them. The products are great but service could use some improvement. We didn't get greeted or asked for help as we came in looking for a facial cleanser. The employee who cashed us out looked like they hated their job and wasn't very friendly.

I always buy kiehls. I like the product. But today when I went there. The sales person is not good. I want to ask about the product. She didn't give me enough information. When I cashed out, they didn't accept tap and their attitude could be improved. I hope service could be improved!!!!!!!!!
