My son is 2.5 years old and has been with this daycare since 11 months of age. Every step, the staff have not only helped relieve any anxieties we had about daycare but have been an absolute source of joy. At first, I found it so hard dropping my son off at daycare. The staff were so patient and helpful. I followed their advice and my son soon felt very comfortable. He loves daycare. It really is a second home. The staff also helped my son to learn to sleep at daycare. They give him good food, introduce him to new activities and ideas, support the friendships he's making, comfort him when he's down, and boost his self esteem. We are updated regularly and sent photos. All of my questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely and respectful manner. The major source of relief for me during this Covid-19 situation has been my son's daycare. When the daycare closed, I needed to be at home full time with my son again. We were home together for months, and it made me realize the blessing of his daycare. When the daycare reopened, we had to adjust again, and I knew it would be different with all the health precautions in place. Even though my son was excited to get back, I was nervous he'd be upset or shocked by the changes. I have been nothing but impressed by Kids Kingdom's response to the pandemic. They have followed the health precautions in such an organized, reasonable manner. We have been informed of all changes. Everything has been done sensibly, with health top of mind, but also gently and with socialization still made possible. There is nowhere else I would want my son to be under these circumstances. I truly believe that being at Kids Kingdom gives my son the best possible chance at happiness and good mental and physical health for the future. I am very grateful.

My children have gone here a few times with their friends and they've always had a very fun time. Today we went there for a birthday party and it was very fun and really well-organized. Everything you need for a great kids party is available. The venue was very clean and the staff we're friendly and very professional. We will definitely be coming back again soon.
The Kid’s Kingdom daycare is absolutely amazing. Bringing our daughter to daycare was so hard after being home with her for a year but the staff at kid’s kingdom made the transition that much easier. The teachers really care about the kids and my daughter got attached to them very quickly. They always had fun activities to do with the kids and getting updates through the app on how things were going was a great perk! I loved that the infants didn’t have set nap times like other daycares and loved even more that they had their own crib to nap in. The hours were very flexible and worked really well for us. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for great care by amazing people with big hearts!
The daycare here at Kids Kingdom Orleans is absolutely wonderful! The staff work as an awesome team to ensure that the kids feel welcomed back to the centre while still maintaining health and safety as a top priority by following Covid-19 guidelines. You can really tell how much the kids mean to all of the teachers and staff at the centre. They have definitely made the transition into this new world of daycare a lot smoother for our son and us as parents, and our son always says he has fun there. His teachers send reports daily of how his day was, and even through these tough times, they are still sending us pictures throughout the day so we can see our little guy having a blast. We couldn't be happier with Kids Kingdom Orleans!!
I brought my 10 month old to Kids Kingdom Orleans looking for an alternative to Cosmic Adventures. I really wanted to like it but I'm not to sure I do. 1) unlike Cosmics there is no real baby/infant space it's a toddler space for 4 and under. 4 year olds play much rougher than a 2 year old. 2) I do like that KK is a themed play space, it is different. 3) There are many concerning things I see throughout the area like peeling peices from the toddler play structures, holes in the blocking mesh, ripped hanging play obstacles and zip ties holding a hole in the mesh closed on a second level area. They don't seem as worried about cleanliness as Cosmic Adventures as you can see dust and debris all along the structure (and it's a quiet Wednesday). They are much smaller than Cosmic Adventures and I can see a Saturday being quite difficult to play. IMO this would be an ok rainy day place to burn some energy for kids between 4-7 years old if you live near by but at the same time it's almost as expensive as Cosmic Adventures.
