Absolutely Incredible Service !! The employees at Kia Richmond went above and beyond to ensure that I felt heard in what kind of vehicle I was looking for. They worked with me and my budget, I left feeling over the moon excited to be in a car I loved that fit my budget! Drove home in a 2020 Kia Forte with only 2,000km (Practically brand new) and in the colour I wanted white!! I would recommend their service a million times over !! Extremely professional, friendly and welcoming staff !!!
I just picked up my second vehicle from Kia Richmond and could not be happier. Everyone was super happy and bubbly and ready to help. I was there in the morning when they opened and they even asked me what kind of music I wanted to be playing and what my coffee order was. Luke went above and beyond to ensure I was content with my new purchase. He even came in on his DAY OFF just to give me my new keys. I really appreciate all the help he had to offer and the overall kindness, respect and professionalism that Kia gave to me. This is why I keep coming back! Edit: I wanted to add a BIG thanks to Anton as well on the financing side of things. He was always quick to answer my questions and call me back if he didn't have the answer. I can only imagine the amount of time he spent on the phone figuring things out for me. It is a relieving feeling to know he is always a quick call away if I have any questions or concerns. The salesperson Brian went the extra mile, he has more access than i realized to help make sure i had a life changing experience. He is a great guy and really loves the community. He even gave me a cool shirt with his face and business on it. I will be back for service after this awesome treatment.
James and Anton are a great team that provides professional service. My friend and I went in and we were able to test drive and talk numbers right away. There was no aggressive dealing and they were fair. James was particularly open with his numbers and there was room for negotiations. Would return to the dealer if there are future Kia’s I like.
