My worst experience at a KFC ever, started off with only 3 people inside all were skip people, and we were told they were at capacity and to go through drive thru pretty rudely, drive through took forever because they were pushing everyone there, food was so cold and awful and the order wasn’t even right, wouldn’t recommend the one in crescent heights go to the hat you”ll get better service and food. Wouldn’t”t tell anyone to eat here ever including animals
I will never go to KFC again. I am sick of their "Bait and Switch " scam. I placed my order at the drive-thru and wasn't a problem until she asked if I had a coupon. When I said, "yes" she told me all they had was dark meat. This is not the first time they did this to me. But it is the last.
