Great staff and seating is very comfortable. Ticket prices are exceptional especially on the Wednesday. However extremely poorly staffed so getting tickets is a slow painful experience. Only cash is accepted so be prepared. The screen is an OK size, not as big as in the major cities so you maybe disappointed. It does have a large amount of seating but due to the smaller screen it may feel like your looking down on it when sitting higher up.

I think it's a very good theater, and the staff are super friendly. The big chairs are really comfy, and the prices are great. I prefer it to any theater in the city. There are a few things I would like to see changed: 1. They only accept cash. 2. You have to purchase your food and beverage while you purchase your tickets, resulting in a slow moving line. 3. The popcorn with butter is not as good as it used to be. (Update: popcorn has improved) 4. The ticket prices list adults starting at age 15. Adults are usually 18 and up... not sure how they can do that. These are minor things that hopefully will be changed soon. The overall experience is still wonderful.

Love the Keystone cinema in Steinbach! The pricing is super affordable for both snacks and movie tickets! The chairs are by far the comfiest theatre chairs, and the staff is super friendly!

Peoples kids climb all over the chairs taking up to three rows of space playing with toys using them all over the place even smashing into my arm as I'm sitting their etc... seems like it's a place for kids to go wild and do what ever they want with little to no discipline. Go to winnipeg people have more respect their. Highly recommend the vip theatre it's worth the extra money.
