Have been to a lot of escape rooms. This one was by far the WORST experience. Do not waste your money and time. We even asked when the time ran out to see what clues we missed and they refused .. said they don't have time for that. Just an awful experience and the person in charge didn't know anything about the room so made it even worse.

Called on a Saturday afternoon to book for Saturday night, The person on the phone was very rude said you have to book at least 24 hours in advance. Does not say on the website must be book 24 hours in advance just says call and reserve your spot. Judging by the reviews I am glad we found another place to go.
well they told us the wrong time for my reservation and then made the room in 25 minutes and the guy couldn't even look at me even tho it was my birthday lol it was like I had a plague. so offended.
I was pretty disappointed in this escape room. Barely any decor other than a couple posters.It felt like I was escaping from an oversized supply closet. At least the people that work there are very nice.
This was my first escape room experience and I was very disappointed. The atmosphere was very poor. The room was an unused birthday party room with chairs still stacked in the corner and very few props to set the mood. In fact, we had children from the adjoining room try to poke their heads in through the unlatched door. Many of the clues just didn't make sense. For example, there were hieroglyphics in which the pictures on the answer key didn't match the ones on the clues. We had 6 in our group and two of them had extensive experience with escape rooms. They said that this was by far the worst experience they've had. Don't waste your money on this one!
