I'm an internet customer and have been provided fast internet in a geographic location that the 'big 3' companies simply can't reach the same speeds. I’ve have had very few technical issues over the 3 years we've been on board, all of which were handled in a timely fashion and several of our neighbours have also contracted Key2 to be their ISP on our recommendation (there were a lot of outages when they were reconstructing our street and we were never down). I've purchased laptops, headsets and phones from Key2 also and have been happy with the quality and price of the products they have recommended. I’m happy to have Key2 as a strong supplier and will continue to rely on their expertise in any capacity they can handle.
Very experienced and excellent customer service. Alex Lunt has provided amazing support for us and the entire staff is curteous and always helpful.

Worst ISP I have ever dealt with. Tech support is a joke, 48hrs is their time frame to action a help ticket, even for a simple problem, i guess they dont understand how long 48hrs is for a business to go without internet. No tech support on the weekends. Very shady cancelation policy, they expect you to pay 50% of every remaining month of your contract. More expensive than Bell. And you'd expect them to have at least one redeeming quality, but no, they dont. Their internet and phone lines are slow and disconnected often, and then 48hrs to respond (not resolve) to your issue. Absolute joke. 0/10.
